Harvest Roasting Return Policy

We appreciate your business and we strive for all purchases made through Harvest Roasting to be satisfactory. However, if you are not satisfied with an item, you may return it to us within 15 days of delivery for the purchase price less a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, if applicable. Products may also be returned in-person to our Omaha warehouse. Unfortunately, we are not able to take returns of the following items:

  • Coffee (ground, whole bean, single-serve cups)
  • Frozen Items (bakery goods or any items that require freezing or refrigeration)
  • Any item that has been opened or tampered with
  • Any item not in its original packaging
  • Any item not in its original unit of measure (i.e., we cannot accept returns of single bottles when a case was purchased)

**NOTE: Please contact us immediately if any items were received broken or damaged. We will work with you to provide a replacement item or a credit as necessary.**
